Sabina Drożdż-Obrzut

In my work as a lawyer, I place particular emphasis on a practical approach and a carefully considered strategy. I begin each case by gaining a thorough understanding of the client’s circumstances and the outcome they wish to achieve. I then identify solutions tailored to their needs and manage the case consistently, paying close attention to every stage of the process. My role is not limited to analysing legal provisions — I focus on ensuring that the steps taken lead to a tangible and, wherever possible, the most favourable outcome for the client.

I represent clients in civil and commercial matters, including disputes concerning loans linked to foreign currencies, particularly Swiss franc-denominated and indexed loan agreements. I also handle consumer insolvency matters and assist foreign nationals with legalising their stay in Poland. Whenever an amicable resolution is both possible and beneficial to the client, I seek to resolve the dispute through negotiation and agree appropriate settlement terms. Where court proceedings are necessary, I focus on preparing a strong legal argument and consistently pursuing the agreed litigation strategy.

I also have experience in tourism law, particularly in matters involving claims arising from the improper performance of package travel contracts. This enables me to combine legal expertise with a practical understanding of the challenges faced by businesses operating in the tourism industry.

Outside work, I enjoy reading a good book and staying active, particularly through cycling and hiking in the mountains. Above all, however, I value the time I spend with my family.
