On April 30, 2026, an amendment to the Energy Law came into force — one of the most important reforms in this sector in recent years. The changes aim to streamline the connection process to the grid and accelerate the development of renewable energy sources, energy storage, and biogas plants. For investors, this means both new opportunities and new obligations that are worth knowing before starting a project.
